At Now and Zen Massage Spa, our mission is to provide high-quality massage therapy services that help our clients achieve optimal health and wellness. We aim to create a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing environment that allows our clients to escape the stresses of everyday life and find inner peace. We have over 20 years' experience with Injury Rehab, Chronic Pain and Sports Enhancement. I also work with musicians throughout the country who are experiencing changes with voice, chronic pain from overuse, such as, carpal tunnel and other overuse related dysfunctions. In some cases, I can travel.

30 min. Massage

This session is for those who are on the go. If you just need a break or have something that needs immediate attention, this might be a good choice. The 30-minute session includes essential oils and hot towels with no additional cost.

60 min. Massage

This is a true full one-hour massage (not 50 minutes like other places) and is tailored to fit your needs. Deep Tissue or Relaxation, you decide. Your session includes essential oils, hot towels and heat packs if you wish with no additional cost.

90 min. Massage

This session is tailored to your needs and allows enough time for a full body massage as well as additional time to address any problem areas you may have. This session includes essential oils, hot towel, heat packs and any cupping that may be needed on harder to treat areas of extreme tension.

120 min. Massage

This session is designed for those who are already acclimated to massage and /or may be recovering from an athletic event. This session includes essential oils, hot towels, heat packs, Chinese cupping and Infared heat.

60 min. Pre-Post Op Lymph Drainage

This session enhances tissue recovery of surgical procedures. Lymphatic drainage helps reduce swelling, bruising, and scar tissue formation while also improving blood flow.

60 min. Golf Specific Massage

The Golf Specific Massage is a sports massage using deep tissue and myofascial release. This session addresses the common complaints of a golfer such as low back pain, wrist pain elbow pain (golfers' elbow) shoulder, neck and knee pain. The session addresses the root biomechanical issues, that are affecting your play. The Golf Specific Massage is designed to lower your handicap by improving the precision of your drive. Most see improvement after one session.

Skin Glow Spa Treatment

This session is designed to help with decreasing the appearance of cellulite. Enjoy a 90-minute, full body Chinese cupping, deep tissue massage. We use a special anti-cellulite massage oil infused with collagen, and stem cell skin tightening agents. This is a specialty massage designed to reduce the appearance of cellulite while also increasing muscle tone and skin firmness. Hot towels, clay heat packs, and luxurious essential oils are also blended into this 90-minute blissful experience.
